Fashion Fruit
Fashion Fruit is an experimental Fashion Film. It shows in cryptic images with vintage aesthetics, extracts from current summer fashion collections 2020 by aspiring Berlin and international fashion designers, mixed with vintage 80ths and 90ths pieces from established brands. This film is a non-commercial, artistic project by Bastian Kempf and Daniel Lathwesen which was realized shortly before and during Covid-19 Shut down in Berlin, Germany.

- scholarship for photography and mixed media art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Essen
- worked as freelance photographer and art director
- moved to Berlin in 2012
- since 2018 working as art director for a film and photo production company in fields of fashion, advertising and lifestyle
Bastian Kempf, Cinematographer
The Berliner by choice, who initially dedicated his creative talent to producing electronic music tracks, changed his area of focus during his studies in Media Design and quickly made a name for himself in the capital city as a D.O.P. and editor. Bastian's professional work ethic and quick comprehension of clients’ wishes, coupled with the necessary technical know-how, brought him customers like Google, Renault or the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in national and international job assignments. In addition to incentive-, conference- and advertising films, Bastian's work also includes music and fashion videos, as well as short films.
